Done in City of Heroes Costume Creator, Here is Bill the Drow in all his Tattered glory. No spear as there isn't a model, so I gave im a Sword, it is cursed of course.
His In game Bio reads as follows:
If Bill didn't have bad luck he have no luck at all. Having done everything from giving old people Physicals, Nearly kill just for being Drow, to being chased by Crazed fan girls. He done it all al long as it involves suffering. In his latest outing he encountered a mage tower, bubbling his way inside he interupted the mage studying and resulted in a fight. His spear shattered against the Mage's defensive magic and Bill grabbed the only weapon he could see, a Sword. Fighting for his life, he knocked over a beaker that started a Chain reaction blowing up the tower and throwing Bill through Space and time to Paragon. The Sword is Cursed of course. It is Just Bill luck.

*snerk* Lovely design and I like the little bit about it. Bill does seem to strangely get through things in the weirdest ways.
